Our policy lasts 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Registering as a student does not require personal information.
